The Divorce Well Program
A multidisciplinary team with the expertise to meet you — and your family — exactly where you are.
Introducing our new program for divorcing families
Divorce changes a family, but it doesn't have to define a child's future.
The Divorce Well Program is an 8-session educational and support program designed to help parents understand how separation impacts children and learn practical skills for supporting their emotional well-being. Led by Hilary Cooper, Ph.D., the program provides guidance, structure, and evidence-informed strategies to help families navigate one of life's most challenging transitions.
Whether your separation is recent, ongoing, or years in the making, this program offers tools to help parents respond with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Why This Program Matters
Children often experience divorce differently than adults expect. While parents may be focused on legal, financial, or logistical concerns, children are often trying to understand what the changes mean for their relationships, security, and future.
Research shows that children benefit most when parents can:
Reduce conflict and tension
Maintain consistent emotional support
Communicate in age-appropriate ways
Stay connected across two households
Keep children out of adult disagreements
The Divorce Well Program helps parents build these skills while gaining a deeper understanding of what children need during family transitions.
① Understanding what your child is experiencing
② Talking about divorce in healthy ways
③ Navigating co-parenting challenges
④ Recognizing when your child needs additional support
⑤ Building a strong relationship for the future
Practical guidance designed to help you support your child with confidence throughout every stage of the divorce process.
