Parents
We offer evidence-based support to help you feel more confident, less overwhelmed, and more connected to your kids.
Parent Support & Parenting Guidance
Parenting is hard. At Clear Mind Psychology, we give parents an objective space to process the frustrations — and the joys. Grounded in child development expertise, we can reassure you when your child is on track and step in when they’re not. We specialize in evidence-based parent interventions including The Kazdin Method and PCIT for behavioral issues, and SPACE training for childhood anxiety, OCD, and ARFID. We also offer our own curriculum designed specifically for Parents of Kids with Big Emotions.
Some children are more difficult to parent because of their temperament and sensitivities.
Comprehensive and realistic behavior plans for home and school.
SPACE training is a form of parent management training that helps parents of anxious children.

How We Support Parents
Every child comes with their own temperament, strengths, and challenges, and what works for one family may not work for another. We help parents make sense of difficult behaviors, intense emotions, family conflict, and everyday parenting stress through a collaborative, practical approach. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping families stuck, build strategies that fit your child’s unique needs, and create realistic plans that can be used consistently at home, in school, and across caregiving environments. Our goal is to help parents feel more confident, connected, and equipped to support their child’s growth.
